Privacy Notice

Introduction
The purpose of this privacy notice is to inform you of our policy about information that we record about you, including information that could identify you (“personal data”).  Examples of personal data include your name, address, telephone number and email address.  The General Data Protection Regulation, which comes into force on 25 May 2018, requires us to tell you about your rights and our obligations regarding the processing and control of your personal data.

Information we process with your consent
We collect information about you when you contact us by telephone or by email to enquire about our products and services.  We continue to hold and process your personal data until you withdraw your consent, which you may do at any time by sending us an email.

Information we process because we have a contractual obligation with you
When you buy a product or service from us a contract is formed between you and us.  In order for us to carry out our obligations under that contract, we must process the information you give us, some of which may be personal data.  We may use this information in order to:

  • Sell products to you
  • Provide services to you
  • Provide you with suggestions and advice about our products and services


Information we process for the purposes of legitimate interests

Any personal data we hold about you is held in a secure environment in the UK.  We have
procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Disclosure and sharing of your information
We do not share, sell or disclose any information about you to a third party, unless you have given us explicit consent.

Access to your personal data
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.  We normally provide this free of charge.

Correction of your personal data
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate, so please let us know if your personal data changes.  You may request us to correct any incomplete or inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

Removal of your personal data
You have the right to ask us to delete all the personal data we hold about you.  We shall do so promptly, unless we have a legitimate reason to continue holding it.

Complaints
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office, which is the supervisory authority for UK data protection issues. However, we ask that you contact us in the first instance and give us the opportunity to address your concerns.
